Immunization and Wellness Care

     
Our veterinarians strive to prevent illness whenever possible. We believe that the time and effort invested in wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. The veterinarians at the Hoffman Animal Hospital have designed wellness programs for dogs and cats of all life stages. Your veterinarian will discuss a wellness program with you that is designed specifically for your pet and includes: a comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; spay or neuter surgery; and specialized blood tests for all life stages.

     

Surgery

     
Hoffman Animal Hospital offers the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to meet the needs of your pet. Surgical services and facilities include fully trained veterinary and technical staff, to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet; heated surgery tables for greater comfort; advanced sterilization techniques; ECG and oxygen saturation monitors; intensive after surgery care and full blood testing. Surgery is performed by appointment only.

     

Microchipping

     
Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. Our animal hospital offer the most widely used microchip products, implanted by your pet's veterinarian, to increase the chances of a safe recovery.

     

Dental Care

     
Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Our staff can also counsel you on providing appropriate home care to keep your pet's mouth and teeth healthy.

Hospice / Euthanasia Services

    
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. At the Hoffman Animal Hospital, we work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client. We can also arrange a private cremation for your pet following euthanasia and coordinate the return of the ashes to you should you prefer this option.

UltraSound

This non-invasive, state-of-the-art technology uses sound waves to painlessly examine specific internal organs, primarily the heart and abdominal organs. We partner with Dr. Mark Stamoulis, a board certified cardiologist, to provide the most thorough and accurate ultrasound examination possible. Ultrasounds are performed by appointment only.
